The International College at NTU has enjoyed a longstanding partnership with SEARCA. In 2020, the Master Program in Global Agriculture Technology and Genomic Science (Global ATGS) signed an MOU with SEARCA, providing scholarship opportunities for SEAMEO member country students.

Starting in 2024, this partnership will extend to include the Master's Program in Biodiversity (MPB) and the MS Program in Disaster Risk Reduction and Resilience (MDR3), offering the Joint Scholarship Program to support students pursuing Master’s degrees in these fields.
