『 Smart MHI Recruitment Announcement | Faculty Position 』
1. The Master’s Program in Smart Medicine and Health Informatics (Smart MHI) at National Taiwan University calls for applications for one Faculty Position (Assistant Professor or above) in “Smart Medicine-related fields.” Appointment is estimated to start from August 1, 2025.
(1) A doctoral degree and the capability to teach in English are required. Applicants shall also be able to teach graduate-level professional courses with general core education, liberal education, or service learning for at least 2 credits every academic year. They also need to assist the program with administrative and student affairs.
(2) Applicants must not be current full-time faculty or researchers employed by domestic public or private universities, colleges, or academic research institutions.
2. Documents required for application include:
(1) Curriculum Vitae including nationality, date of birth, education background, summary of research field (within 250 words), current position, working experience, the publication list from past seven years (please provide corresponding full-text papers in PDF files, published after August 1, 2018).
(2) A cover letter indicating the intended application rank (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor) and one selected representative publication highlighting the significant contributions. The representative publication must have been published within the past five years (after August 1, 2020) in a major international journal (SCI, SSCI, SCIE). Applicants who apply for Assistant Professor may use their Doctoral thesis, provided it was completed within the past three years (after August 1, 2022), as the representative publication.
(3) Research plans.
(4) Teaching plans: Please provide syllabi for at least 3 courses. (Please attach a statement listing past teaching experiences, if applicable.)
(5) Certificate of a doctoral degree.
(6) Transcripts from undergraduate and graduate courses (for those applying to the Assistant Professor rank only).
(7) 3 letters of recommendation (sent by the referees directly through email to ntumhi@ntu.edu.tw )

誠徵專任教師
一、國立臺灣大學「智慧醫療與健康資訊碩士學位學程 (Smart MHI)」誠徵「智慧醫療相關領域」之助理教授（含）以上專任教師 乙 名，預定起聘日期為2025年08月01日。
(1) 申請人須具博士學位，且具全英語授課能力，能以英語開授研究所專業課程；同時，每學年至少開授全校共同、通識教育或服務性課程2學分，另外須協助學程行政及學生事務。
(2) 申請人不得為【國內】公私立大專校院及學術研究機構【現職編制內專任教師及研究人員】。
二、申請所需檢具資料（所有資料請以英文撰寫）：
(1) 履歷【含國籍、出生年月日、大學(含)以上畢業學校、畢業年份、專長領域（請以250字以內簡述）、現職、經歷、著作目錄及七年內（2018年8月1日後）發表之著作（請附上全文PDF檔）…等。】
(2) 自薦信【需說明擬申請職級及指定一篇代表著作之重要貢獻。代表著作須為五年內（2020年8月1日後）已發表於國際重要期刊(SSCI、SCIE)之著作；應徵助理教授者得以三年內（2022年08月01日後）之博士論文為代表著作。】
(3) 未來研究計畫。
(4) 開授課程計畫，並至少提供3門課程大綱。(如有「過去教學經驗」可簡述附上。)
(5) 博士學位證書。
(6) 大學及研究所歷年成績單（應徵助理教授者需檢附）。
(7) 推薦函3封【請推薦人以PDF電子檔逕寄至 ntumhi@ntu.edu.tw】。
