Students were encouraged to bring dishes representing their home countries or favorite cuisines to make the gathering even more special. The air was filled with excitement as everyone joined hands in preparing and sharing their culinary delights, showcasing a delightful array of flavors from around the world. The banquet featured a tempting spread of dishes, including Filipino Chicken Caldereta, spicy Thai chicken, a Nepal-inspired salad with local spices, Indonesian Beef Rendang, sausages from the east-north region of Thailand, and traditional Taiwanese hot pots, among many other delectable treats. The feast was a genuine culinary adventure!
